Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us! Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made online through our website or designated platform. Your spot will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment Terms Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future class (see Cancellation Policy). We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified during checkout. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class will be eligible for a transfer to another class within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a transfer or refund. No-shows will forfeit their payment. Class Changes We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low attendance or instructor availability). In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class. Participant Responsibilities Arrive on time to avoid disruptions; late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class. Wear appropriate dance attire and bring any required materials as stated in the class description. Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before participating. Age and Skill Level Requirements Certain classes may have age or skill level requirements. Please check the class description before booking to ensure it’s the right fit for you.
